the source of anger exposed??? Angry with God??? Perhaps in the beginning someone led you to believe things about God that were not true, in which case that anger might be misplaced. I myself was an atheist because things I saw going on in church not only disappointed me it also infuriorated me. After all if God were doing His job would He not have smited them. Yet they seemed very rewarded with power and material wealth.
Later things went bad and I found myself hoping there might be a God. A few years later I decided to find out If He really existed. Then when I knew that I decided I better get to know Him. I think this process is one that perhaps eluded you.
Perhaps your previous programing left you with a predisposed position having an incorrect view point. That question that comes up often about why God does not stop cruel behaviors and people who do cruel things.
I think you assume our creator has powers that people have given Him which study does not bare out. Our creator while far more intelligent than us may not be the one who created the the entire universe. If scripture is read as He is the one who communicated to a rather less developed being about the universe and not that He created it but that He revealed it (as my answer regarding Genisis the vision touched on) then one may assume that our creator may not and likely does not have access to unlimited amounts of energy and may be subjected to and must therefor work within some physical laws. Still He could be present everywhere we are and know things we do not and have a vast data bank which through the knowledge of the past enables Him to see into the future regardless of our free will. That does not make Him responsible for what we do only knowledgeable. If He must use His energy resources wisely because they are not unlimited then He may not be able to control everything you think He can or should. There are many things I think you attribute to Him that may be in error and reading scripture combined with prayer might help you get to know Him better and relieve you of some of that anger, which would feel much better.

Gee! I didn't know.
I am a Christian. So, yeah, I've found him. But I won't bash you, convert you, or wish you away with a Godly Whammy curse. I don't want you to have eternal suffering either.
My views may be different than yours. But I share this Earth, these worldly troubles, and the same human needs and wants that you do.
Oh...I don't do the door to door or pamphlet thing either, so you're safe!

yes
and there are many times where i feel like the whole thing is crap, but somehow god wont let me go
i have found jesus through reading the bible, talking with friends, asking questions, singing, and trying to convince myself he doesn't exist.
he is soooo real.
but you cant take my word for it.
if you are an atheist, you want to know the truth, right??? you want to know that what you think is the absolute scientific truth. maybe you should ask god once more for a sign to tell you he is real.
maybe you should look harder.

I don't know what you found, but it wasn't Jesus.
As I pointed out to you before, Jesus isn't lost. You are.
