Tough decision. If you do it with your ex he might want to be in your life again, but if you do it with a coworker and it wasn't that great, it would make your work place awkward. You'll have to choose the lesser of two evils.(or go to the club and hook up with a total stranger)

Neither, you will lead the ex on and with the co-worker not a good idea you have to see eachother everyday and you don't want the wrong impression of yourself talked about at work...You should go to the bar and find a one night stand if that is what you are looking for..

About due for some...LOL!!! Why are you asking us? Its up to you. If it were me and its just about the sex then I would definitely go with the guy that I am more physically attracted to.
