Even just the hair on my arms is thicker than others...why is that? Is there anything I can do to make it at least thinner?

1. You are possibly very sensitive to testosterone (if your ring fingers are longer than your index fingers, that would certainly be the case)

2. You may have higher than normal levels of testosterone or lower than normal levels of estrogen or lower than normal levels of shbg which stops testosterone taking effect.

It's perfectly possible for girls to have as much hair as boys and in all the same areas. Significant numbers of women shave (their faces) every day.

Most men are OK about women being hairy -- what they don't like is finding it out as an unpleasant surprise. You're best just leaving arm hair.
