hi i really like this guy he works across the road from where i work and i see him everyday he always smiles and says hello. i realised i liked him a couple of months ago but i just dont get the chance to talk to him much. Anyway i seen him today and i like him even more how do i get to know him more ? he thinks im attractive but doesnt seem to act on it! any help please???

If he won't act on it, then you'll have to. Approach him, if you're confident that he likes you, then it's very possible that this relationship could go somewhere.

First of all, if you know any of his friends they may be of use, see if you can find out what his interests are (like if you two have anything in common, besides work). Also, if there isn't much chance of interaction between the two of you, I'd ask him out (like to lunch or something small, to help get to know him). In addition to that, remember that he thinks that you are attractive, so you have that in you're favor. If someone I found attractive asked me out I'd definitely give them a chance!
To be honest with ya, I'm in the exact situation you're in (except I'm the guy, she's the girl, and we go to the same high school) so I wish you best of luck with whatever you do!

He may be a shy guy. Try starting a simple conversation with him that could clue you off on if he is already in a relationship. Or you can use the direct approch of asking him to meet after work for coffee. Some guys (me included) like women who go after what they want and show no fear.

If you want to get to know him, then you have to make an effort, otherwise it's not going to happen. Invent an excuse to go over to his workplace, or just use the disarmingly direct approach -- tell him you just felt like coming over and saying hi to your work neighbors. Suggest that he drop by your shop/office sometime. He might find you attractive, but think that you're not interested in him, or not know how to talk to you himself.

Ask him out after work for a drink or coffee. Show a little more interest and maybe take the first step in pursuing him.

Get to work early one day and drop something small off to his work before he gets there. Like even a Coke or candy bar and put a note on it with you name and number and say enjoy.

find out where he eats lunch ,, and you go there too...
be friendly, kind , ask about his family ,, he may be married,, if you can sit down one day and have lunch with him,,,, send him a little thank you note.. and say we need to do this again.... but do not throw your self at him... you can catch a lot of flies with honey,,, but none with vinger..

if u like somebody go for it. find out the simple things first and then move up towards the hard stuff. ask him wat he wants out of life, wat he wants to do, wen, where, how old he wants to get married, and wen he would like to have kids...tell him how u feel. u never kno. he might feel the same bout u. u will never kno until u take a chance...hope everything works out for u....happy holidays.
