i'm going to wal-mart today to get my neil done . do i tips them or not?

Yes, you tip them. It is like in a restaurant. If it costs you $15 to get your nails done, be generous and give them $3. It is the holiday season. Typically, I give 20% but, I was in the business and know what it is like to live off of tips. If you take care of them, they will remember you and give better service. This is always a plus.

yes, i usually tip from $3 to $5 for a fill or set of nails, and up to $7 or more for a pedicure.

Here is my honest advice: Tip them if they honestly do their best. It is the holiday season, and I'm sure they need the money for presents for their family. :) Maybe even throw in a little extra.
