Shower first and do it straight after so that your hairs are more receptive to being ripped out (but make sure your legs are really dry). Don't do it during your period as your feel pain more sensitively then. Warm, green wax tends to hurt less. The most important thing though is to be very quick in ripping it off.

Beauty is painful, so the saying goes, which is very true.
You are pulling your hair out by the roots, literally, when waxing so there will be pain involved. If you do it regularly, the pain will diminish over time. Also, everyone has a different pain threshold, so what is miserable to one person, someone else may not even notice.

Uh there is no way since wax rips the hair out. Take something to numb the pain before you do it.

dear, it ALL hurts.......
but the good news is, the more you do it, the less your hair grows back. when it does grow back, it is finer and softer.
plus, it is a hour of being very uncomfortable for about 6 weeks of smoothness!!!
