get some dog poo and put it in a brown paper bag. place it on the door step and light it on fire. ring the door bell and run. when they answer the door they will stoop out the fire thus getting poo on there shoe. ha ha

Use a bungee cord to hold the inside door handles of their automobile shut. Then put Vaseline on the inside of the exterior door handles.
Take the rear license plate off and turn it around backwards and put it back on. Take a two liter bottle and put an MRE heater and some water in it. Place it up under the car. The license plate will get him pulled over. Depending on how long the bottle is under the car, it might blow while he is pulled over and scare them real good.
Take shrimp scales and put them inside a hollow curtain rod. Then when the smell permeates the room they will try everything possible to get rid of the odor but never look there.

super gluing a work collieges phone handset to the base where the phone rests when out of use, let it dry then ring them n watch them try to answer it, gets me every time!

Place a piece of salami on a car overnight (has to be cold out) next morning, when the salami is removed, paint comes off the car.
Also, another favorite, is changing someone's answering machine message. They'd never know because they usually dont call their own number.
