Because THEY ARE young and immature.

Parents aren't parenting anymore either. They are relying on the schools and that's a huge mistake and joke. Most of the people running the schools don't know what they are doing either and they expect us to give them our children...I THINK NOT... We did MUCH better ourselves and we have a mature, happy, and moral toting teen because of it!

aaaaaaaagh life is good~!

You know, I don't believe they are more immature than in the past. The problem is that Society has changed. In the past, young girls were way more closely and strictly monitored, to ensure they did not get out there on their own and have the opportunity to engage in immature and often dangerous behaviours. Nowadays, parents are largely doing their own thing and leaving their daughters to do whatever they want to, unchaperoned, undisciplined, and totally unmonitored -especially with regard to their use of the internet.
Kids - boys and girls alike, are increasingly getting bombarded with media images depicting more and more outrageous behaviours on the part of "popular" idols. These modern-day "role models" for the young, are, themselves, constantly pushing the envelope to come up with ever more attention-getting "shock-value" antics. Why are we so surprised when our kids copy them?
I think that adult society has just become so desensitized to the behaviour of the young nowadays, there are no longer any cries of outrage. No more protests, and no more sturdy condemnation of those individuals who constantly make front page news in the tabloids. Our sensitivities have been so pummelled and flooded by shock images, and shock language, and shock behaviour, we've all just grown a thicker skin. We simply shrug our shoulders and mumble from time to time "Huh, I sure couldn't have got away with that when I was that age". And we couldn't have, could we?

I trust you that the youngsters of this era are actual something else. they have been pampered and coddled and it particularly is accomplished them an injustice. it particularly is achieveable for plenty to alter in such little time. there have been fairly some regulations put in place that has replaced parenting and babies rights. discipline isn't allowed anymore (old college discipline that's) and oldsters are plenty softer on their teenagers. As to feeling old... properly age is a extensive determination. it is not your adulthood point extensive style... no longer your I.Q. extensive style... It purely serves the point of letting you recognize how long you have been kicking. Bearing that for the time of techniques, no longer each and every of the greater youthful era are "brats", and not each and every of the older era are mature old souls. The existence reviews you have are what make you and not each and every person has had them so no longer each and every person is on the comparable point. If the 23 year. old makes you sense older than you're and is immature... do no longer date her. you're the two youthful.. you will bounce lower back... and you will locate somebody who relates greater to you.

I blame it on MTV and the media. They make it cool for 12-14 year old girls to dress and act like hookers. It's a goddamn shame what our society has come to. I'm afraid to think about what it's gonna be like in 20 or 30 years.

Because the generation that spawned them was a bunch of lazy *** hippies who don't know the first thing about giving their children any kind of moral compass or teaching how not to be little hoochie mommas.

And those Brat dolls don't help either.

With the sexual thing what do you expect? Tv, magazines ect... all portray it to be an acceptable thing that young girls feel they have to do to feel beautiful and popular. Immature thing I dont know.
