NOT COMPLETELY, BUT....

HEAVY CURTAINS / BLANKETS HUNG OVER ALL WALL SPACE. HANG & SEAL A SHEET OF PLEXI GLASS ON THE IN SIDE OF ALL WINDOWS ( ON TOP OF SHEETROCK ). HEAVEY CARPET FLOOR. MOST OF THESE ARE SOUND ABSORBTION.

cork tile on walls and ceiling a bit pricey, but it works very well
