Take it to an appraiser or a jewler. They should be able to tell you. You could try doing a little research on it too. Like look for others that look similar to it. That'll give you some idea as to how old or unique it is. That'll add to it's value.

Uhm, describe it on a search engine like Yahoo, Google, AskJeeves, etc.
Then find a good aprasing website for it.
If that doesn't work. Go to a local pawn shop.

Try looking for a similar item on ebay or going to a jewelry store. I wouldn't tell them you found it. Just say, "I have this bracelet. Is it valuable?"
