It may be the reflex pain of gastric ulcer. it may be a stone in ur kidney. u never said it radiates or not. if it radiates to left thigh it is definitely a stone. it may be spleenitis by malaria. any way u take this prescription see the pain is gone. HOMEOPATHIC:

pain associated with kidneys happens above the waist on one side or the other in the back. Your description is inadequate to determine location let alone cause.
