Where can I find the percentage of each military branch's service men/women in Iraq?

You can't really find out what percentage of male and female personnel are in Iraq at any given time. The most significant reason why being the fact that the number fluctuates on a daily basis. Personnel deploy to and redeploy from Iraq constantly and actual personnel strengths and details are classified as official use only, at a minimum, and depending on what is being discussed can even be considered secret. What you can find out is the percentage of personnel, male and female, in each branch because that is published publicly every year. In the Army it is in the Almanac published by Soldier's magazine. I'm sure the other services publish something along the same lines for those interested in the yearly statistics etc.

My guess would be nowhere - that would probably be considered classified as operational information
