Well Friend, Its not like that.
God needs to test mankind. For us is to believe him without seeing. Why? this is what called faith.
So, how can we judge that he exists?
Number of ways:
1. Have you ever thought that the purpose of water cycle is to regulate the temperature as well water on earth (There may be many more). The system is designed to be perfect. Do you think, it was just by chance that a perfect system came into being without creator?
2. Earth revolves around itself. This causes the transition from day to night and night to day. The revolution of earth around sun causes the seasons to change. All this, takes the land into varying envirmental conditions. Which enables the land to produce different crops. Do you think it was engineered by chance?
3. A seed when sown into soil and watered grows into a plant. The whole process needs a favourable condition. A good combination and alteration of presence and absence of light helps producing such and environment. Then the plant grows and bears flowers. A single flower has both tha pollen grains and the stigma. Polination then produces the seed; of the same kind that was sown. Was that all innovation of no one?
4. Now the water cycle and Seasons and The polination and the day and night are integrated such that all systems cooperate to form a new bigger system. Was everything fitted for the purpose it serves in correct place by no one?
This is just nothing. I have just mentioned 4 points. There are uncountable ponts calling the name of God as their only creater. And one thing more; he is alone; the one. Why? because all the things integrate with discipline following commands from same commander.
This is all from my side.
Any further questions? dont hesitate to ask me. I would be very happy if I could help.
Best of Luck

The Bible speaks of a human cannot see God and yet live. I can give you the scripture John 1:18 says:
"No man has seen God at any time; the only-begotten god who is in the bosom position with the Father is the one that has explained him." The only begotten god here is Jesus, in a bosom position with God, just as a relationship between a mother and son for father and son.
Also Exodus 33:20 says:
"You are not able to see my face, because no man may see me and yet live."

He doesn't exist.
10:55am Holy freak'n moly!
10:56pm Holy Moly! I enjoyed reading some of the poetic arguments for a god that exist, but does not reveal him or herself. Unfortunately, wild imaginations, poetic phrases and verses from a book over a 1000 years old that has been edited and tampered with during its run on the market do not explain why god doesn't show himself.
Here is an idea. I'll write a book about how I'm an alien. I will write in this book that you will never see me and that one day you will join me in my invisible space ship, but you will have to die first. After this I will show you everything. Until then please follow all my instuctions for eons. People will tell you that you shouldn't believe in me, but since I'm foretelling in advance that they will say this when it happens it will actually be evidence of my alien powers.
Once again. Holy freak'n moly!

Blessed are those who have not seen and yet believe. The God of all creation is NOT a coward. He could strike you dead for even thinking that....but He won't because he is merciful and just.

Is your Uncle Joe a coward because he doesn't want to "show up" every day and intrude in your life? Does your uncle Joe exist? Even on days when you don't see him?
Is a person a coward who does not visit you unless you invite them to visit you?
On the slim chance that you want my opinion of why God is invisible:
Without any Bible quotes, we can deduce and understand "Why God appears invisible to us".
Because God is spiritual and invisible to our physical senses, faith is usually necessary to feel that he is real. Faith pleases God because it is self generated out of "free will"; freedom of choice.
If God's appearance was in any other form on this earth (and it has been in past centuries), it would probably negate one of his most loving gifts to us; "free will". Freedom ultimately leads to our ability to be imaginative and to be conversant with such a powerful and intelligent being. Only by "freedom", can any child develop as a real person; a thinking, loving, feeling, imaginative, laughing, "joyable", enjoyable, compassionate, and productive individual human being.
If God were visible, he would reveal to us his towering intelligence and physical strength. -- We would be so afraid of him or overwhelmed by him that our attitudinal perspectives and reasoning ability would be stunted. "Free will" or freedom of choice, under those conditions, would be inconceivable.
In short: To see God would probably overwhelm us and intimidate us to such a point that we would be forced to obey him - out of fear. Not out of love.
One purpose in life might be to develop our minds in order to someday have an interesting and imaginative conversation with our creator. We could not do that unless God allowed us to think on our own, cry, laugh, and yes survive on our own during our stay here on Planet Earth.
Now, talking with God by mental telepathy is another subject. e-mail me if you are interested in doing that.

Oh he exists, but if God were to show himself- where would our faith be? We would question if he were real, and then we would think things would go easy because he is right there in our face. Remember, Jesus lived over two thousand years ago and people still didn't/don't believe he is Christ. So, it's a faith thing, and it is hard, but that is when we pray to get closer to Him.

Exodus 30:17 And Jehovah went on to say to Moses: “This thing, too, of which you have spoken, I shall do, because you have found favor in my eyes and I know you by name.” 18 At this he said: “Cause me to see, please, your glory.” 19 But he said: “I myself shall cause all my goodness to pass before your face, and I will declare the name of Jehovah before you; and I will favor the one whom I may favor, and I will show mercy to the one to whom I may show mercy.” 20 And he added: “You are not able to see my face, because no man may see me and yet live.”
God's power is beyond our comprehension to contain.
“No man has seen God at any time; the only-begotten god who is in the bosom position with the Father is the one that has explained him.”—John 1:18. Jesus gave a testimony about ihs Father...
It is not because God is a coward that he doesn't show himself to you, rather, He loves you that he doesnt want you to see him cause you'll die.

It is not His desire to impose on our agency to choose right from wrong. If He were standing right in front of us, we wouldn't learn anything because we wouldn't have any real choices to make. As for your question, though, He has shown Himself on occasion. The last one I know about took place in April, 1820 in Palmyra, New York. Joseph Smith prayed to know which church he should join. In answer to his prayer, God and Jesus appeared and told him to join none of the established churches because they had all gone astray of the truth. God subsequently directed Joseph in the restoration of all things prophecied in the New Testament.
Check it out.

God shows himself to me every day.
The leaves on the trees, the blades of grass, snow flakes, the face of a small child. this perfect universe.
To quote Mother Teresa "I see the face of my beloved everwhere".
