I just recovered from chicken pox 2 weeks ago but my lymph nodes at the back of my neck are swollen sometimes. serious answers only

Your lymph nodes usually get swollen when you have an infection like that. I had mono and mine were extremely swollen and took a couple months to return to normal size. I would check with a doctor though just to make sure. Just call the nurse at your doctors office. They should be able to give you some advice.

When your lymph nodes are swollen it usually means you have an infection. When you had chicken pox that's when they became swollen. Give it time they'll get back 2 their normal size. If their not in acouple weeks you should see your doctor.

chicken pox is a viral infection and your body can take some time to fight it off.
some viruses last for months so your body is probably fighting the last of the virus off.
if it remains this way or causes you any problems then get it checked out by your gp

Its usually a sign that something is not normal. You need to go to the doctor and get it checked out. It could be a number of things that are no big deal but it could also be a sign of something that needs to be treated
