Well, sadly, I guess I would have to say E - very unlikely, just like the infamous Wanderlei Silva - Chuck Liddell fight.

As most of the true MMA fans know, UFC these days is all about the hype and selective marketing based on lies and false advertising and this would, in my opinion, just be bad business for Dana White. The fact is that vast majority of the UFC fan base doesn't even know who Jerome LeBanner is. All their knowledge is based on what they see on Spike TV and they are generally lead to believe that the Americans are, by far, the best and strongest fighters in the world, which is of course not true. So having Jerome, another foreign fighter who no one has even heard of, come over and humiliate and crush UFC heavyweight champion would just discredit and expose his marketing even further. And at this moment, after that Matt Hughes and Rich Franklin annihilation the last thing he needs is another one of his "world champions" to go down like that.
So, like I said, no, unfortunately I really don't think that we can expect this match to take place any time soon.
