I have dark brown hair, i had carmel and auburn highlights put in about 2 months ago but they weren't as light as i had hoped. I would like to put put some honey or blonde highlights in at home. I have olive skin tone and blue eyes. Is it too soon to do this again and it costs too much to go to a salon. Iam a little nervous about doing this myself. What is the easiest safest product to use. Any suggestions?

No, its not too soon. For highlights I find Garnier Multi-Lights kit the easiest. Just follow the instructions you are given with the product and you should be fine.
Good luck!

I would never trust myself with coloring my hair. my suggestion, go to the professionals and tell them EXACTLY what you want. Bring pictures and everything. You have to be pushy and specific.

it depends on your hair. if your hair is fine condition, go for it! you should be able to dye your hair loads of times before it gets ruined, and dye is meant to be used every few weeks as roots have to be covered.
hope it looks gooood
