Every time my new boyfriend comes over for a date my ex-boyfriend comes over and ruins the date and and I tell him to stop but he keeps doing it What do I do?

It sounds like your ex still has a thing for you. You need to stop having any contact with him. He shouldn't know when your new boyfriend is coming over anyways. Tell him that he needs to move on with his life.

Of course your ex hates your new boyfriend! The answer is that you ex is jealous. Besides that what are you doing still hanging around your ex if he treats you and your new boyfriend that way? Lose your ex so you can be with your boyfriend. If he doesn't leave you alone call the police and tell them your're being harassed.

i may be wrong, but i'd be suprised if ex bf would like present bf and opposite!!!
I think somewhere inside we all don't like ex's of our boyfriends and girlfriends. At least i think it's like that in most of the times.
Anyway, regarding your question. First of all how come your ex knows when and where is your date with your bf? Maybe you need to change a location for the beginning, go out somewhere! Maybe your new bf needs to have a real man talk with ex?
Your ex probably acting stupid cause he still likes you, or he is just stupid and needs to grow up!
Anyway, try to go out where your ex could not be around, just ignor him, and one day he'll get tired of that i think.
