to me classy straight down would be better, its a christmass party, people get nicely done, bunsj are a bit balerina style, show off the unique beauty of ur hair, and specially that long, ponytails are not classy... u could get a hair cut, trim ur hair a bit, so its no too long, like to the middle of ur back, that kind of hair looks beautiful like that, i have that kind of hair, but i always cut it shor, it looks staright like that, but when i had it long id let it out and get compliments for it

I like down and curly. The ponytail is real casual. Don't do the bun, ever. Stright down brunette is the best. Bleach blondes are blowing it. Dye your hail dark brown if you want a great man. Blonde if you want a bar fly.

I would say get a hair cut first. Then choose a style that u think would look best on you, your the only one who has to be satisfied with it. like me i have wavy hair up to my shoulder blades and i put streaks in it and find different styles that i like. its amazing on what you can do- plus u get compliments!

i m a MASTER with hair so:
Do you WANT your hair long? If not, cut it to shoulder length. No offense, but its more appropriate then waist length cuz its pretty long like that.
If you want it long, then it'll look good if u part it down the middle, and form two pigtails, one hanging down your left shoulder and one hanging down ur right shoulder.

Classy Straight down. If you use a shiner to make it sleek you will look fab. Also use your curling iron to curl the ends and if you have layers curl them inward to frame your face.

A cut would help but either way slightly loose curls in a half up pony. try a decorative clip to add holiday spirit.
