How do I get credit for the receiver I returned in October?

Two were sent (in error) only needed one - returned the other one. I was told bill would be credited with $55 + 5.05 on 11/21. ??

In my experience, it takes a lot longer to get credit owed to you then it did to take it out... but if may want to call the place and check on the status to make sure it is in progress.
