ok so i went out with this guy that i liked A LOT. hes the kind of guy that you have always wanted. like "perfect". but randomly last night he went to the movies with 2 other girls and dumped me. or had the girl do it for me. same thing whatever. and i cried for like ever,and i seriusly can't get over it. its the hardest thing i've ever had to do. hes totally different. oh yea to top it off he has a new girlfriend. he asked her out an our after he dumped me. this morning, he called me and was just acting totally normal and then started being the biggest asshole ever. then he kind of changed his attitude and was like"i really want to be ur friend"and "im still there for u ok?"and stuff like that. If u think about it why would i want to be friends with someone like that. I just don't know. He even got me something for christmas and now hes giving it to Jennifer.(his new girlfriend).I really don't know what to do so if anyone has ever experienced this do u think u can help?

Get over him.Do yourself a favour and move on.He is a loser coz he lost someone who truely loved and cared about him.You lost someone who played around and cheated thats not even worth a cent.True love which you offered is priceless which he lost forever.He's the biggest loser ever.
The best thing you have to do is ignore him completely and prove that you no longer need that jerk.Show that you are not at all dependent on him.You ought to be strong and walk past him.He's just a grain of sand.You deserve someone better who can give you all that love and care you desire.Dont ever welcome him back into your life,coz once a cheater always a cheater.Stay away from him and save yourself a lot of grief.Walk past him and find someone better that will be there by you always.

Maybe he really does like you, but he loves her, and he feels bad for dumping you. Or maybe he loves you too, but he chose her over you. Whatever the deal is, he obviously cares about you, just not enough to stay with you. Maybe this new girl is super attractive or whatever. But he obviously cares for you and wants to be friends. If you think you could never just be friends, then you have to tell him, and add in how betrayed you feel by how he dumped you out of thin air without talking to you if he felt you had problems.
