I am very disappointed in TBN- I hope that God opens their eyes to the false doctrine they show a lot. BUT the best show on TBN Is way of the mastser- with Kirk Cameron and Ray Comfort- that show NEEDS to stay on tv. Such an awesome ministry! But yes, TBN shows a lot of wackos and people who are wrapped in works and the love of money....not good.

Personally, I think televised preaching is highly over rated. It shows commercialism and basically just THEM wanting or begging for money from poor folk who are stupid enough to give it to these people, while these kind hearted folk do without the basic needs all because some TV show preacher wanted money.
Often the TV evangelists abuse the show for their own money grubbing needs. Look at what all happened in the past, these people were caught "stealing" money from the companie's they claimed were to do God's bidding. Or those that were caught running around on their wives and decided the best way to get ouf of THAT problem was the cry about it on TV.
Then there's the one that was being investigated for "fake" healings on TV. I forget who the guy was but I remember him dressed in a white suit. Geesh some people have no morels.
If you're going to do a religion, to me...that's something best kept at home. Why? Because, religion begins at home. Look at the Amish, they don't go on TV saying they are there to "save peoples souls" and collect money in turn. They hold prayer in the privacy of their own homes, with their family and friends. They also don't push their beliefs down other peoples throats, which is one reason most people can't stand religion today, especially Christianity, and a few other religions as well.

I have little to no "faith" in TBN.... There are a few, I suppose, on the national tv who are doing God's Work... and on the local and regonal level there are more... around The US at least, there are many local churches who go on air, both tv and radio. These are probably the best at getting the genuineness of The True Christian Faith to those who are genuinly seeking God.

Thank God there is an alternative to secular TV when the nonsense gets too much. The lady with the wig got healed of cancer and delivers dolls & trucks to 3rd world children.
note that they don't have commercial advertisements so exist by those who willingly support it and according to the latest polls America is still 'traditional' in celebrating Christmas in some way, approving the term 'Merry Christmas' and not objecting to religious icons in public (KOST 103.5FM regarding poll)

I just keep an open mind and get out of it what I get out of it! As for the guy who said the church runs the USA...We are a country that was founded on God. If you don't want God then you should be thankful that you are here in the good old USA where you can chose.

in my opinion, i've got faith the televangelists are no longer somewhat preaching for our Heavenly Father, yet are extra looking after their wallet crammed with gold! i in my opinion does no longer % to be of their footwear on judgement day. this is a real shame that they smash out with one in each of those scam. Others could be jailed for such scams. i don't be attentive to of a single guy or woman interior the Bible that preached or taught for money that became authorized by ability of Jesus or His Father. Their is in basic terms one church right this moment that i be attentive to of that doesn't pay that's chief or everybody of their church. this is the Mormons. possibly they do have the restored gospel.

I have very little regard for it because they are always asking for money to keep the mission going.
Once they release their books to show where the money actually goes; then people could make an informed choice to support them or not.

Well the elaborate gold settings and big wigs make me a little leery. So, I'm not a big fan.
I would rather go to my humble little Church.
