We're looking into using it in a small company to help track time and make billing easier. Is it all it's cracked up to be? What are the advantages and disadvantages?

It can be attached to the payroll side of Quickbooks also so you can see how many of an employees hours are billed or unbilled. I run an accounting firm and we used it for years when we were smaller. If you rely on time billing in your business it is a good function to have. To be honest can't tell you many bad things about it! Hope it works for you.

Quickbooks is probably the best bookkeeping software out there, bugs are few and it is very stable. But it is not cheap, the primary advantage is that it is relatively easy to learn and use, the disadvantage is that you have to pay for tech support they don't give nothing away for free.
