You're attempting to read too much into your dreams. It is just a sex fantasy. It does not really mean anything at all, except that you have a sex life. If you've been watching pornography, then the image is in your head, and this increases the likelihood of having a dream like this. Truth be told, the answer to your question is this: why do you have ANY dream?

How did you feel about the semen on her face and in her eyes?
Were you upset, embarrassed, afraid, happy, excited?
I think answering that may give you more of a clue.
Could it mean your excitement is irritating her?
Excitement in the general term.
Could it be your sexual urgers offend her?
