While in Asia I experienced communal public restrooms.
?? not too sure because 1959 and only a teenager it was a little unsettling. But the women I saw, just pulled their sarong passed their fanny and squatted back to the wall.
It was some what crude, but very private, as you can in public.

you have to lean back a little and pull your vagina "up" so that it faces forward a little. depending on the size of your lips, it might help to spread them apart so they don't obstruct the flow. if you want more tips, just email me or instant message me.
