1) The pill is often used to ease intensly painful periods, or other health issues - that's totally okay.
2) I think God doesn't want us to limmit our family size for selfish reasons (like I'd rather have that boat than a kid), but there are plently of non-selfish reasons to plan pregnancy. I think that's a private decision between husband and wife, and if they choose the pill as their method I think that's fine.
Of course I personally never want to take the pill again because it made me an emotional nutcase - but that's just me.

Unless it's used for a medical use and not as a contraception I think it's great. There are better mean of birth control. I am 55 years old. My wife and I have 2 children. I wouldn't allow her to take it because of the dangers of cancer involved and the moral issues of termination a futile egg. There are other ways.... Jim

I understand when women take the pill for medical problems and not for sex. I honestly believe in waiting until marriage, not only because that is my personal belief, but I've known enough girls who felt thier lives were ruined when they gave in to their boyfriends and then broke up. I'd hate it if I gave my most precious gift to any of my exes. That belongs only to the man I marry. I think the pill is our society's go-ahead to sin, along with the Morning After pill (both of which I detest whole-heartdedly)

Either take the pill or make him use a rubber girl. Don't be a dork just because you are a Christian. Sex is great enjoy it every chance you get without having to worry about unwanted pregnancy or in case of unmarried sex those awful diseases that no one can be sure about. xx

I think its ok if you are married and dont wont more children or children at that time. I have never taken it and have 3 children but I think it has lead to a lot more promiscuity and to many men just presume every woman is taking it.
