Howling is a way of communicating. When I was competing in dog sled races I would occasionally buy or sell adult dogs. Almost every time I brought a new dog into the kennel he would howl for 2-3 nights then it would stop. When I sold a dog the dogs that lived next to it in my kennel would howl for a few days. In both scenarios the dogs were calling out to their missing neighbors. You didn't say how long you've had the new dog but this could be the reason for the howling.

figer out why its howling. what dose it need? Food, attention? Its not howling, it's talking. The siren most likely is hurting its delicate ears. Dose the dog sleep in with u or out. Maybe its lonely.

I used to have a Siberian husky and she used to howl first thing in the morning and wake my children up as well as the next door the best trick I found was to wrap a clock that ticks in a warm blanket next to her and she was happy with that

I had an alaskan husky/bull mastiff mix and he would howl and whine as a young pup each night when we went to bed so we got him a bark collar and made him wear it for one week all the time and after that he wouldn't make a sound for fear he would get shocked.

well its really in there nature to do that huskys and mostly part wolf so the howl sometimes more then other dogs wat i would say is to giver her treats wen she is not howling and wen she is howling stay in a sturn voice bad dog then walk away and do give him/her any praice at all in about 3-4 weeks she will learn that she doesnt want to howl if it means getting yelled at

well either its really bored or its just lonely. And it is a dogs instict to howl, they get that from the wolf ancestries. you could try exercising her daily making sure she isnt bored and make sure you spend plenty of time with her.

They are decesdants of the wolf family, thats what they do. Maybe you have researched the breed a bit more before you got one.
