i would feel good that i guy actually noticed me and if your assuming hes gay, he probably not he may be metro (a guy with style) but take it as a compliment

I would be flattered that he noticed my clothing style and I would be excited that he actually new what good style was. Romantically, it's a good thing to compliment, especially on something that seems consistant like clothing style as opposed to telling someone that their hair is nice..because this may not be the everyday norm. Good Job.

i would be sooo flattered and i would feel like he is looking at ONLY me (to notice something like that), that he's sweet, kind, and sensitive. possibly even loves me.
