I have one here near my home that doesn't believe because his parents are unemployed and have no money. He's two years old and asked for a winter jacket and a Winnie the Pooh stuffed toy but understands Santa isn't coming this year. Boy is he in for a surprise.

Aww it's the cutest thing ever. They get all excited and they come into your room and say "Santa came, Santa came!!" I cant wait until i have children of my own and i get to watch them get all excited because santa came.

Those poor kids have been duped, deceived, and flat-out lied to. It is sad, really, that we justify certain lies that only lead to disappointment. But then we say that lying in general is wrong? Isn't this a double-standard?
