People give me the strangest things, I guess I am strange but what do I do with all these "white elephants?"

Re-gifting is only a good idea if you know someone that likes that kind of gift, otherwise one only perpetuates, the bad gift giving. My girls have received such gifts at gift exchanges at school, and they were very disappointed with games that has parts missing, of broken sets, especially after taking time to select the very best they could for the limited price they had to spend. Christmas gifts are meant to be given lovingly. Perhaps the idea of selling them either at garage sales or on EBay will work for you well. Have a Merry Christmas

There is no such thing as a bad gift. However, if you get things you do not want, or like, you can do several things with them:
1. You can donate them to charity
2. you can regift them - but be sure you don't regift to the original giver.
3. you can put them away in a closet, close the door and never look at them again.

Look grateful; set them aside with a brief note to remind you who gave each one; and then either give them to a local charity shop or recycle them as gifts to other people (who won't know the original giver).

Donate your unwanted gifts to Goodwill or some other charity. Someone may find a use for them.

you could just put them in verious rooms and start an elephant collection. personally i have a whole book case that was built into my wall filled with pigs. i have over 50 and i can still pick one up and remember who gave it to me and why. or you can donate them to your local goodwill maybe someone shopping there has an elephant collection...

start dropping them till one gets cracks that looks like suthin holy, then ebay it, hey they made 45 million on a paper gatorade cup and a few hundred thousand on a grilled chese of all tings, good luck with your new winnings lol

I'm a sentimentalist...I keep them and think of the spirit they were given in. Years later me and who ever gave it to me will have a good laugh over it.
