I'm clueless on what to do. My hair is long, light brown, and it's naturally curly. I've never colored my hair so i'm not sure if i'm ready to or not. I want some more original than 'what's hot'. any ideas on what to do. i don't think i want to cut it above my shoulders but layers are ok.

The key to finding a stylish haircut is finding a great stylist. Ask around in your area for people who do good work. When you go in and meet with them tell thm what you like and don't like then let them reccomend what to do. They will have a better idea of what will work with your face and your type of hair.

Also i wouldnt recommend dying your hair unless youre ready for the upkeep...i die mine and its expensive and a real pain sometimes, plus once you start dying it its hard to stop and your natural color will never be the same.

try layers...most salons have books of hairstyles you can look in. Also the stylist might be able to help. I love curly hair!

i suggest going totally different, maybe chemically straighten and get an bob the longer in the front kind, so the longest part is just above ur shoulders.

Shave your head, it'll grow back and give you time to think about it.
