We are Christians and know eachother from chruch, I know he likes me and I like him too, but not ready for us to both like eachother, how can I make things slow down for another couple years? Maybe if I stop doing things he like. What do boy that age like? Please help.

Stay true to your faith.. don't let the world's views and attitudes creep in. Make a commitment to yourself to wait to date. You can still be friends and hang out. If it is right between you two it will still be the right thing when the time is right. Nothing wrong with having friends that are boys. Also commit to always do things in a group. never just the two of you.

Well stopping doing things he likes certainly will stop him liking you and probably stop liking you forever. Just stay friends and control yourself to stop it going any further. Granted you want to slow things down until a couple of years from now, but you also have to realize that life does not always go as we plan. In a couple of years from now he may not like you at all besides a friend. Do not be disappointed if that happens.

Just be friends and make sure that you have a parent around all the time to make sure things stay "just friends"!
