You can't do this in a healthy way. You can only lose about 2 pounds max of fat in a month. Faster weight loss means you're losing muscle, healthy tissue, or water weight.
This is not healthy. In the long run, you'll be worse off, and will gain more weight back, because it's muscle that burns the most calories (it burns calories even when you're not doing anything). Don't do it. Exercise and eat the right amount of calories and lose the weight slowly.

Eat 200 calories max. with every meal. That should add up to 600 calories a day. You probably burn around 1900, so you're daily deficit is 1300x7= 9100/3500=2.6- this means you would lose 2.6 lb a week, which is 5.2 in 2 weeks, or only 14 days. :) Good luck!

Eat healthy small meals a day and do sit ups and run around block. You could also work out in a gym. My cousin lost 3 pounds in one week.

eat less (maybe skip a meal a day and eat smaller servings), exercise more (run a little), and have sex a lot..(burns so many calories)

3700 calories =one pound cut down 5500 calories per week or 785 calories per day and this should do the trick or burn this many calories more per day
