Bird's custard powder is gluten free. If you are unsure as to what food contain gluten just type into the net under coeliac disease and you will find a list of what products are gluten free. Anyhting that contains wheat has gluten in it as does oatmeal and most bought packet sauces and ketchups etc....with the exception of heinz tomato ketchup.
If you contact the coeliac society they will send you a booklet with all the products listed that are safe to eat and are gluten free.
