I think the translation depends on the context. But the meanings of both belows are almost the same.

jitsu wa sore, shumatsu dake no namae nandayo ne.
実はそれ、週末だけの名前なんだよね。

jissai sore wa shumatsu dake no namae nandayo ne.
実際、それは週末だけの名前なんだよね。
