It's called Black Velvet, although mostly sparkling wine is used (often Asti) instead of Champagne. The day after however it changes it's name to "dreadful hangover".

black velvet but you may want to try an Irish car bomb ... its a shot of Bailey's Irish creme which is placed in the pint of Guinness ...as it descends then lift up the pint and drink it down ...I don't recommend an evening of these but it rather tasty...cheers!
