Hot is just plain attractive. There are SO many women who are attractive, yet they can't seem to find the right guy!
If a guy calls you cute though, it's like the whole package. He's referring to your personality, your face, your posture, everything! He probly thinks about personality when he says it, but it involves a lot of stuff.
I would MUCH rather be called cute.
And telling by your picture, you're hot, but I'd have to know your personality and how you act around guys to see if they'd call you cute.

Cute is more or less adorable. Hot is the highlights.
In my own opinion a cute girl is somebody who has extremely good looks. She may not be hot (or the best in every situation) but her differences is what makes her cute.
Hot is a person who has it going on physically (appearance wise). Being hot usually gets you instant attraction to the person before even speaking to them.

cute in my book is a little kid who is doing something that draws attention.
Hot is a very attractive person who knows they look good and is not afraid to play up their assets.

Hot is like sexy, you want them in bed, you wonder what they'd look like naked, they aren't nesicarily very pretty but have that certain something that makes men attracted to them.
Cute is someone who is pretty but not necisarily someone a guy would think about in bed.someone who is more like the girl next door.
