Depends on where you get your 100 people from. Looking at road rage statistics, if they are all in traffic jams in major cities you are going to have pretty high number. On the other hand, if you decide to query 100 Buddhist monks that are not watching a soccer game, the number would probably be very low. Where are we getting our sample from?

It is said hypothetically 17 / 100 people want to have someone killed, and 1 / 4490 actually kill the person they want to kill. Thats pretty low numbers, considering how many people we have in the US, and the world alone. Its "natural" but if you act on it , it isn't normal, you'll getupset and angry and you'll think and say things you don't mean.
"Lasts of wars? We fight wars within our selves, with our family and friends, and on a larger scale the world. War is what keeps this earth together. There will never be end to war, those who don't seek war are fighting war, and those who escape war are dead."

I'd say, honestly - 20% daily (urge to kill or see killed)
Over the course of a week, 80%.

Fortunately people have good control over their urges, otherwise the cemeteries would be stacked over 100+ high right now.

Maybe not kill but I get a strong urge to backhand lots of people.
It's called an Ally Mcbeal moment.
