If you were in New York or LA. you would expect to be in bed with them 20 minutes after dinner on the first date. It is all a matter of where you are coming from, both physically, the small town, or where your heads at. Do what you feel comfortable with. If they don´t like it then chances are you will not be happy with them or them with you.

no you could kiss on a first date and still not be easy what harm is a kiss it's just a kiss nothing more, easy is when you make your self open and throw yourself to the person that you barely know
