No movies and no clubs? That's pretty limiting...I guess you could hit a 24 hr Wal-Mart.
Where I live, there isn't much open past 10pm but bars and convenience stores...and the late show at the theater...

Find a late-night restraunt and go get a bite, or do what my ex and i did...we'd get out of work at 9 or so (he was head chef, i was a waitress), then we'd go to Olive Garden and get coffee and tiramisu...except often we'd end up with a meal, because we'd decide what the hell? But something like that. That way you're talking to one another, and getting to know each other, instead of shouting over club music or not talking at movies.

If it is nice out do a moon lite picnic in the park. Go for a walk, play board games, watch a movie at your place or hers. Check your local paper ans see if there are any shows at art galleries or plays showing.

and need a good laugh a Kare-okee bar.

If you have a lake around where you live, walking along a park or body of water, calm and relaxing. just take mace with you in case your area is bad

welll wen my best friend who's a chick, wants out, we go to a walmart and mess around with the stuff. or starbucks to talk. or out at the park doing nothing.
but then again, thats not like me and my gf, but still. hang with my best friend more, so yeah.
