I'm afraid i don't completly understand you question, but in the matrix they speak of a prophecy of the one who is going to end the war. In the Matrix they find that this person is neo. So the first matrix is only about discovering who the prophecy is about. Matrix Reloaded was only neccesary so that Neo would have to go to the source. When Neo 'fulfilled' the prophecy, or went to the architect, he was only told that this would be the sixth time that the machines have destroyed the Matrix. The architect also explained how the 'One' had come about (through an anomly, or glitch, based upon the humans free will). Other than that...the prophecy was only fulfilled in Revolutions where the war is actually ended.This is a difficult question to answer though, because the prophecy is never directly stated.

No, Matrix and Matrix II were independent prophesies of Matrix III. It's just like how the Gospel of John independently corroborates all the Old Testament Messianic prophecies.
