If neither shame on you! I hate it when people cough/sneeze into their hands. Don't they know that they then spread their germs to everything they touch?

I sneeze into my arm, I don't want all that yuck on my hands when I use them so much

I sneeze into the crook of my elbow. Why sneeze on your hands? Unless you're in a position (the bathroom at home, for example) where you can immediately wash your hands, you're just infecting everything you touch. I guess it's preventing your germs from flying through the air, but whoever touches the door handle, coffee pot handle, copier buttons, etc. behind you are going to get sick (assuming you're ill).

It should always be the crook of your elbow, because is you sneeze or cough into your hands, you get your germs all over everything you touch, including other people! Gross!

I'm getting ready to start a career in health care and that's one of the very first things you learn is how to sneeze you sneeze in the crook of your elbow for health reasons. So if I'm at home and it don't matter how i sneeze i turn away, but if I'm around people and or things that could be contaminated, i sneeze in the crook of my elbow.

You should definitely sneeze/cough into the crook of your elbow. Much more sanitary that way.

In the crook of my elbow if there's no tissues handy.
Even then I wash up or use hand sanitizer gel.
I hate being sick and I think it's gross to sneeze in your hands if you don't wash them right away!

They don't know that nor do they care to figure it out.
If you sneeze in your right hand, then shake hands with someone else you probably do other disgusting things with your right, such as picking your nose, ears, crotch, not washing after the bathroom, licking your fingers....eeyooo.

i use my elbow. i hate that, i pppl are going 2 sneeze/cough into their hands they could at least wash thier hands......
