My man is going to south beach with a guy friend for about a week. We have been seeing each other for almost six months but with no real commitments. he said he's going down there to relax, think, workout and of course go out with his friends for drinks, etc...and that he's not going to be with anyone because he has me and we get along really really well.
I personally think I need to know what our status is. Are we just kicking it? Are we more then that? ladies and gents ...thoughts on this.

You are right...if there isn't a clear definition to what you are then he is open to do as he pleases because there aren't any boundaries. Plus for your piece of mind...you know how us women are...we always wonder and think up these crazy ideas of what our man do when he's away.

Why does the relationship need to be defined just because he is going out of town. It doesnt matter if you are a girlfriend or a wife if he wanted to cheat. Any relationship involved trust and you even asking this question means you dont trust him. Dont make this a problem even before he leaves.

Ask him after his vacation. Who knows, maybe he is a really faithful guy and you've got nothing to worry about.
If you are wanting to be exclusive, tell him you would prefer him not hooking up with some girl. You will be able to tell by his reaction as to his intentions.
