One of the concepts of the English language is the capitalization of the initial letter of proper nouns and adjectives derived from proper nouns, as in "English."
The English language is a complex one, derived from many sources, and since the study of grammar seems to have been abandoned in schools, the capacity to use the language has declined.

Hell if i know there was the excuse many people speak that language in their home bullshit! If you come here you learn English whether it's in the home or at school. I'm not a racist but I will tell you, in my hometown it's all spanish it's not english one elementary school is all mexican and they speak spanish. If i went to France or Greece or Canada (Quebec) i would speak their language. You're in their country it's like an unwritten rule that many people have trouble learning. It's disrespect, if you come here and you don't speak our language it's bullshit that in order to get a job you need to bilingual i don't need **** you need to learn English motherfuckers. You know it's like so much else on the decline, christianity morals values. Nobody cares anymore. And for those of us who do well it's too bad.

I agree.
I suppose it's because most people were never good at English.
The most popular subjects for students in the US are Math and Sciences.
English and Social Studies are the least popular.
So in other words, most people on here never quite excelled in English.

Because they were brought up to be lazy and have no pride in the quality of their work. They figure that if their text is legible, it doesn't matter that it's a grammatical and typographical nightmare. It makes me sick but there isn't really much I can think of to do about it.

Don't know why they don't even try to use the spell check.
Some questions are hardly understandable.
