its under preferences or settings.....hit the my page button, then settings all the way to the right....go down the page until you get to "current" on the right of that is where you select who can see it.

When ou fill in the blanks for your profile, on the right you will see something saying "can be seen by": and choose public or everyone and press save at the bottom of the screen.

go to you 360 page click settings and make sure you have selected public on each in the right side of the setting page, then go to the bottom and click 'Save' ( sometimes it takes awhile before your settings are updated)
If you want to make it public on Yahoo Answers click on your Answers ID and click 'Edit my Profile'
go to the bottom and check share my Yahoo 360 page then click 'preview' the OK
