I have some feelings for a guy friend at work. The problem is that he has a gf. We used to talk all the time, but now we don't talk anymore now since he wants me to forget him. but i still miss him.

I used 2 have just about the same problem a few months ago, then circumstances threw us apart for a few months and I got to hang out with a couple of other friends that kept me a bit focused, after we met again I had lost all the mushy feeling, I was even able to appreciate their relationship.
Just try to stay focused and hang around people that appreciate you.

well theres really no way to get over this man if u really like him. the only thing i can think about is if u confront him and tell him how u feel. or u just like from a far. ....................but be carefull who ever he's w/ is probably is in love w/ him and u don't want to mess up a happy couple. don't feel to bad he probably feels the same way too, thats why he tries not to show you how he really feels.

Give it time and you will get past the feelings you have for him. Try to keep busy with other things so you do not think about him as much.

JUST WALK AWAY. I WAS IN THE SAME SITUTAION EXCEPT THE GIRL WANTED ME MORE THAN SHE DID HER B/F. I JUST STOPPED TALKING TO HER. IT WAS SO HARD B/C I LOVED HER BUT I WAS NOT GOING TO RUIN HER RELATIONSHIP EVEN THOUGH SHE WOULD HAVE LIKED ME TOO.
IT ALL WORKED OUT. AFTER 4 YEARS HER AND HER B/F BROKE UP AND NOW I AM WITH HER
