Sounds like it. It's true women make eye contact with lots of people, but it's not usually for more than a second or more. you say you two stare at each other. That's more than enough for me. If she's looking at you for more than a second, or gazing at you, she deffinately thinks you're cute. Go for it! and good luck.

no she was more than likly making the eye contact to be a good listener but it does not hurt to ask but neverassume because when you assume you will almost make an *** out of U and ME

NO WAY... I make eye contact with TONS AND TONS of people and Im not interested. If she touches you or talks about getting food together, then she probably likes you! Other than that, looking at you means nothing.

Not necessary...eye contact isn't always a hint...depends on the why she looks at you. If she seems to admire you and wants to get your attention it might mean she likes you...but if her looks are quite disapproving she might think you are ridiculous...
