I need a radio knob for a factory 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 6-disc cd changer. This is unavailable through Chrysler. I know that somebody is supplies the radio manufacturer because they still make this radio.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

First I would try a new dealer. Sounds like they just don't want to research this or contact HQ for a new knob.
Second I would remove the radio to see who actually manufactures it. Search that company up on the internet and send them an Email asking for assistance.
