Looking in a mirror naked always worked for me. Decide what you want your body to look like, write it down, do some research on exercising and a healthy diet, write your goals for a 2-12 week program. After your goal time is up, look in the mirror again and see if you still need to improve in some areas. Wash, rinse and repeat. Normally if you set descriptive, realistic goals it will motivate you. Don't try saying "by this time next year, I want to look like "Jay Cutler" (Mr. Olympia) you probably won't succeed if you do that. Just remember also, the first week or two are the worse and it gets easier as you establish a routine, and don't skip any days. A lot of people think one day won't hurt, but then it becomes two days, three... not working out becomes like crack. Hope this helps.

I lost 30 lbs over the last 6 months. I did it because my Dr. told me to - as I was unhealthy and going to die early. The answer is JUST DO IT. I had blisters - kept lifting - leg cramps, strained hamstring - kept biking and walking. I also went with a salad almost every night and really cut down on red meat. I can not wait to be able to walk around with no shirt on this summer - thats what I keep in mind when I really want to quit halfway through the work out. Make it THE PRIORITY it should be. Above all don't give up - I was sick for 3 weeks and couldn't workout, it was HARD getting back into it, but I did it. A goal is great thing - mine was 150 lbs by Christmas, I set that in August at 185 lbs and am now around 153. SET A GOAL and figure out how to make it happen then JUST DO IT.

set goals for your self or put some really good songs on your ipod that make you wanna get up and do somthing dont just sit i was doing the same thing till i found somthing that realy worked for me and you can do it to just with a little push a some confidence in your self limits are endless do somthing good to get your self going hope i helped
