You are still growing however there is no way to tell how much more you will grow. It is unlikely you will grow 10 more cm. However you never know.
There ae skin bleach creams out there. Esoterica is one brand. They all contain the same ingredients in the same amount. However these creams can take a couple of months to get back to your pre tan color. AND you can't go in the sun at all if you use these creams.
Better to waite and stay out of the sun. Use a sunscreen or sun block every day no matter the weather, time of year, or how much you are exposed to the sun. Time will fade you tan if you avoid the sun long enough.
You mentioned you have pain in your knees. This is something you should see your physician about. It could be serious, it might not be but I am guessing it can be treated in any case.
Pain is your body's way of getting your attention so that something gets done about it.

At 15 years old you will probably grow a little more. Some people go through a little growth spurt after that.
This isn't a sure thing, but one way to get some kind of rough idea of how tall you'll end up is your feet size. People who have tiny feet throughout childhood generally end up small people in the end. People with average feet throughout childhood generally end up in the average height range. Etc.
I do know, though, that sometimes there can be a person with size 10 feet who isn't all that tall; but that could be she had the potential to grow tall but for some reason didn't grow as well physically as she could have.
I'm guessing you will grow some, but there's a chance you may not grow quite as much as you're hoping - but that's just a guess.
With regard to the tanning: The only thing I know of is to stop all tanning and use a sun block or otherwise cover your skin to prevent even small amounts of tanning in the future. It will take a few months, but your normal skin tone will return. Its very wise of you to go with your own skin tone and stop the tanning. You'll be glad later when you don't have the premature aging of your skin.

Sorry, but I think you'll remain at 5' 3" or 163.5cm for good. As others have said, females will usually reach their heigh limit at 15, which is usually when the hormones have done their job and the growth spurt comes to an end. It may be possible you might gain a few inches, or centimeters in your case, but not enough to hit 6 feet in height or so.

Your legs will continue to grow until they reach the ground- that's all that matters :)
Your height isn't anything to worry about- if your parents were tall, you probably will be too. Just work on your modeling skills and you're really great, they'll book you- even if they have to put you in heels!

unfortunately, by age 15, females have most of their height. You may grow a little more, but not a whole lot.

You can probably grow 10cm if you keep growing 4cm each year. Girl's tend to stop growing at age 18. You also have to think that you might not grow 4cm each year. It's also hereditary.
