The first three, are all good advice. You probably feel hungry because you are depriving yourself of food at other times. Get healthy, low calorie food for starters. Then make sure that you eat smaller amounts more often, so you don't get real hungry. Never eat a big meal or binge snack. The water comment is also good. A great way to reduce how much you eat is to drink a large glass of water right before eating a meal.

I have found a website called www.sparkpeople.com
This is the best website for anyone trying to lose weight. No matter how much it can help. You can keep track of how many days a week you should exercise and also what types of exercise you can do. There is also a meal plan. You put in how much weight you want to lose and they give you a calories range and then you pick of the food that you want. It is simple and best of all it is free!!! They also tell you how much you need to lose a week in order to meet your goal. But it has to be a realistic time frame because they want people to lose in a healthy way. It is kind of like myspace, but the people on the website are all trying to lose weight, and you can read some pretty amazing success stories. Good luck !!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Make sure you eat at least 2 hours before exercising and it also helps if you eat after a workout. Snack on fruits and stay hydrated. Sometimes people misjudge hunger for thirst. When you're hungry drink a glass of water and wait at least 15 minutes, if you're still hungry after then it's real hunger. If it helps get someone to point out that you're eating a lot more than you should be eating.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

This happened to me either. But i overcame it with a little advice from my fitness instructer. You need to increase your meal frequency. If you eat 3 times per day, break those 3 meals into 5-6 smaller meals and eat every 3 hrs.Drink lots of water. This will not only burn fat but will also control your appetite. When you eat in smaller quantities every 3 hrs you will lose that urge to overeat coz you will be moderately fed at frequent intervals.
This practise truely worked for me and i also noticed results better than i expected.
